The optimisation of operational mechanisms, the improvement of production work-flows are understood to faced as a continuous challenge by our company.

We work steadily and with high intensity, sometimes supported by external advisers, to improve the processes for the production of high quality products.

“Kaizen, Shop-Floor, 5-S method” are keywords that emphasise our efforts, also in combination with an efficient Lean Management.

Utilizing TOYOTA management methods (Kaizen, 5-S, Kanban, and Shop-Floor) we purposefully strive for effectiveness and efficiency. We continually apply Lean Management practices and optimize our working mechanisms because we believe that improvement of production processes in our company is a continuous task.

With the assistance of external consultants, we work continuously and intensively on improving the processes for the production of our high quality products.

Together with our customers we define quality checks and intervals guarantee high process reliability and thus the highest possible quality standard.

To this end we have the following test instruments in daily use:

testing room equipped with a Zwick Roell indentation and hardness testing machine for flexible foams

Light-box for color measurement

Fire test chamber to perform a standard fire test

Air exchange chamber to simulate extreme climates and temperatures

Production
We manufacture our products on 1,200 m² of production area in 1 hall and store raw materials and customer-owned tools in a well-secured separate hall.

It is self-evident that we have met the strictest standards of all German and European environmental regulations.
Certification
As early as 1997, we obtained certification according to the standards for a quality management system, currently in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.
