“Kaizen, Shop-Floor, 5-S method” are keywords that emphasise our efforts, also in combination with an efficient Lean Management.
Utilizing TOYOTA management methods (Kaizen, 5-S, Kanban, and Shop-Floor) we purposefully strive for effectiveness and efficiency. We continually apply Lean Management practices and optimize our working mechanisms because we believe that improvement of production processes in our company is a continuous task.
With the assistance of external consultants, we work continuously and intensively on improving the processes for the production of our high quality products.
Together with our customers we define quality checks and intervals guarantee high process reliability and thus the highest possible quality standard.

testing room equipped with a Zwick Roell indentation and hardness testing machine for flexible foams
Light-box for color measurement
Fire test chamber to perform a standard fire test
Air exchange chamber to simulate extreme climates and temperatures
