Design

The development departments of our customers prepare the design drawings and models and send them to our tool makers by CAD data communication (preferably in STP format) who then fabricate the high precision tools for the production of the PUR moulded parts.

Based on our expertise, we provide our advice during the design process – for example on the foaming process or the edge radius for low abrasion/wear to name just a few areas.

As a result, the moulded parts fully meet the demands of our customers in terms of function and aesthetics.
