Production

We manufacture our products on 1,200 m² of production area in 1 hall and store raw materials and customer-owned tools in a well-secured separate hall.

The capacity of 20 mixing and dosing facilities for polyurethane foaming allows us to meet virtually any task we face.

The special layout of several facilities, e.g. for flame protection, is at a leading level of engineering.

To name just a few examples of our highly diversified measuring and testing equipment: the colour light chamber, the alternating climate test furnace, and the abrasion and hardness testing machines.

Our special achievements include the highly precise in-house colour adjustments that require all the skills of our specialists.

Special safety aspects are implemented in the form of a separate fire-protected mould storage and a sophisticated fire detection system.
